Job Description

Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Storage Engineer in QA with a strong foundation in network security to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in storage infrastructure design, implementation, and management, as well as a deep understanding of security protocols like IPsec, TLS, and Root of Trustmechanisms. This role requires a collaborative mindset to work closely with cross-functional teams and ensure our storage systems are both performant and secure.

 

Detailed Description:

14+ years’ experience of Storage QA which should involve validation activities of firmware and storage subsystems, including automation.Excellent knowledge of Storage Servers, Storage Arrays – JBOD, JBOFs, NAS, SANIn-depth working knowledge of SAS, SCSI, PCIe protocols. Trace Analysis  of SAS/Ethernet/PCIe is a big plus.Experience with following will be preferred skills for this opportunity :Secure boot Secure Firmware DownloadTransport Layer Security ( TLS) 1.3, IPSecAsymmetric ( Private-Public key) CryptographySymmetric Cryptography( i.e AES-GCM)Quantam-safe( Post-Quantam) CryptographyPenetration testing experienceFIPS 140-2/140-3 exposureWorking knowledge on SSD and debugging skills is a plus.Solid working knowledge of operating systems: Windows / Linux including trouble shooting issues/problems with those systemsUnderstand Hardware and Software interactionInstall and configure various hardware and software componentsPerform bug verification and drive issues to resolutionWhite box testing knowledge is a plusSecurity/Pen Testing knowledge is a plusAssist in customer escalationsUnderstand Software development Life CycleExcellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skillsAbility to achieve results in a fast moving, dynamic environmentAbility to multi-task and meet deadlinesSelf-motivated and Self-driven

QualificationsB.E / B.Tech /M.E/M.Tech - E.C.E/CSE/IT 14+ years of industry experience in the field of storage/networking/server domain with strong fundamentals.
