Responsibilities

As part of the manufacturing equipment team, you will be

Maintaining a safe and conducive work environmentAttending a series of in-house Classroom Trainings and On Job TrainingsSupervising, sustaining and improving equipment performanceScheduling and performing maintenance on assigned tool setsWorking on Continuous Improvement Projects (CIP) and Total Preventive Maintenance (TPM) to improve Equipment Uptime Developing hardware solutions to reduce Equipment Cost of Ownership     Analyzing and addressing equipment issues using mechanical/electric skills and software applicationsCreating and optimizing equipment maintenance proceduresAdopting IoT , RPA , Data Analytical  for work efficiency improvementResolving problems using a series of experimental techniques and thinking out of the box

Requirements

NITEC/Diploma in Mechatronic , Electrical, Mechanical , Electronic  Engineerig etc.  Fresh graduates with no prior experience are welcome to applySelf-motivated, results-oriented, and looking for growthProficient in Microsoft Office and Basic Python Programming   Comfortable with flexible working schedules in doing 12-hr shift
