Validate alignment, tolerances, tools, equipment, fixtures and all facts involved on this stage. + Analyze and identify opportunities for improvement in manufacturing processes that help reduce nonconformities that impact the production line. **How to thrive in this role?** + You are graduated with a professional degree in Aeronautics, Electromechanics, Electrical, Industrial or Mechanical Engineer Administrator and you have English Advanced (written and spoken) + You have 8 years of experience in a Quality control and/or problem solving (automotive, manufacturing or electrical industry) preferred + You have technical (skills, knowledge & software): SAP, NCMS, CATIA, GD&T, Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Power point, Microsoft Project) + You have lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Problem solving, Quality tools and control plan. + You have experience on lead manufacturing projects + You have teamwork, Drive for Results, Developing Others, Team Leadership, Influencing Others, Holding People Accountable, Communication, Problem Solving, Strategic Outlook, Managing emotions.
