Currently, we are seeking experienced Technology Analysts, with .NET experience, for one of our locations in Atlanta, GA.
Position Description (scope of work or brief narrative):
Understand requirements, create program specifications and unit test plans; develop codes; implement testing, transition and support activities; team and key stakeholders, participate in knowledge management activities to ensure high quality deliverables within the guidelines, policies and norms of Client Public Services.
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum of 6 years of experience of VB, C# .NET, SQL Server.At least 6 years of experience in design, development, testing, deployment of applications using VB.NET, C#, ASP.NET and MS SQL Server.Recent experience in building web applications using .NET. At least 2 successful development & deployment experience is required.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Strong client-facing presentation and communication skills.Strong understanding of common software development practices.Good Analytical skills.At least 5-6 years of experience Software Project life cycle activities of software maintenance.Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive, relevant work experience in lieu of every year of education.Must be a US citizen.
Preferred Qualifications:
Current ADP II security clearance.DoD / Tricare experience.Understanding and usage of SQL Server, UDB DBs’.Understanding of WCF Service, MS Entity Framework, MS, Authentication and Authorization frameworks.Experience working within Insurance domains.Ability to work within a diverse, multiple stakeholder environment.
The job entails sitting, as well as working, at a computer for extended periods of time. Candidates should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
