Technology Architect - Genesys

We are seeking a Sr. Technology Architect with 11 to 15 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with the Genesys CIM Platform and a strong background in Medicare and Medicaid Claims Claims and Payer domains. This role involves designing and implementing technology solutions that align with our business objectives and enhance our service delivery.

This is transforming rapidly, thanks to expanding digital technologies, AI-driven self-service, and the adoption of cloud. Contact centers have re-shaped into experience centers that deliver pro-active, hyper-personalized services. Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $110,000/Year to $140,000/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of technology solutions using the Genesys CIM Platform. Oversee the integration of Medicare and Medicaid Claims systems to ensure seamless operations. Provide technical expertise in Claims and Payer domains to optimize system performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop technical specifications. Ensure that all technology solutions are scalable secure and compliant with industry standards. Conduct regular system audits and performance reviews to identify areas for improvement. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all technology solutions and processes. Mentor and guide junior team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation within the team. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure that technology solutions align with business goals. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations. Participate in strategic planning sessions to align technology initiatives with organizational objectives. Provide regular updates to senior management on project status risks and opportunities.

Qualifications

Possess extensive experience with the Genesys CIM Platform. Demonstrate strong knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid Claims systems. Exhibit expertise in Claims and Payer domains. Showcase excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Display strong communication and collaboration abilities. Hold a relevant certification such as Genesys Certified Professional. Have a proven track record of successful technology implementations. Show ability to mentor and guide junior team members. Demonstrate proficiency in creating technical documentation. Exhibit a proactive approach to staying updated with industry trends. Possess strong project management skills.
