**Responsibilities**
This internship will provide valuable exposure to the enterprise architecture process while helping to support key activities within the team.
In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in supporting the creation of training documentation, learning materials, and reference models for enterprise architecture initiatives. Additionally, you will assist in reviewing and cleansing data to ensure accuracy and consistency in developing reference models.This is an excellent opportunity for students interested in technology architecture, data management, and healthcare IT.
**Potential Responsibilities Could Include:**
+ Assist in the creation and maintenance of training materials and documentation related to enterprise architecture practices.
+ Help ensure content is clear, concise, and up-to-date for internal learning resources.
+ Aid in the review and cleansing of data to support the development of reference models.
+ Capture key action items during team meetings, track progress, and follow up on tasks to ensure timely completion of assignments.
+ Assist with organizing and managing various data sets, ensuring the integrity and quality of the data used in architecture models and documents.
+ Help with organizing team schedules, meeting agendas, and other administrative tasks to ensure smooth project execution.
+ Support communication within the team by assisting in the preparation of slide decks, spreadsheets, and other materials for presentations and reporting.
**Requirements**
Education:
+ High school diploma equivalency OR Enrolled in accredited program specific to discipline required.
**Additional Preferences**
+ Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Technology, Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, Healthcare IT, or a related field.
+ Basic understanding of technology concepts and systems.
+ Strong attention to detail, with an ability to review and cleanse data accurately.
+ Proficiency with office software (e.g., Google Workspace, spreadsheets, slide decks, etc.).
+ Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
+ Ability to track tasks, follow up on deliverables, and ensure deadlines are met.
+ Experience with data modeling, system architecture, or enterprise architecture frameworks.
+ Familiarity with cloud technologies or enterprise systems.
+ Exposure to healthcare IT concepts or systems is a plus.
