The Role
• Create and lead a small dynamic team to act as a Pool of Service supporting the portfolio & associated Programmes.
Design Engagement tools to support resource allocations Create Functional Team reporting on Demand and Capacity Creation of supporting analysis artefacts such as process and data models where appropriate Recommend controls by identifying problems, writing improved procedures Lead information gathering\research to feed into project artefacts necessary to meet Stage Gates.• Support Project manager in gathering and creating requirements through liaising with key stakeholders within the business
• Analyse impact of changes to policies, processes and technology
• Consulting and working with stakeholders from across WTW
• Proactively engage with departments across WTW to understand current procedures and technologies used
• Writing and owning user stories and acceptance criteria where appropriate
• Consider all audit, compliance, security requirements during projects
• Ad hoc reporting as required.
The Requirements
• Past experience in Leading & Empowering resources in your Teams
Gap analysis experience
• Broad knowledge of Technology “On Prem” and “Cloud”
• Financial Services background
• Team player and collaboration skills
• Agile/Waterfall or combined experience
• Analyse impact of change experience
• Able to multi task and work with differing stakeholders
• Coherent, concise verbal and written communication
• Writing and refining User Stories and Acceptance Criteria
