About the role:
As a Technical Business Consultant in the D1C professional services group, you will provide treasury management and D1C functional expertise working with a services team including project managers, technical consultants, developers and QA resources delivery projects of various sizes to our bank customers.
Collaborates with customer and internal stakeholders to plan, execute, and support customer’s business adoption, conversion, and usage of Dragonfly’s Digital Business Banking applications. Recognized as a subject matter expert in the product, corporate treasury management concepts, information reporting and corporate payments. Leads customer configuration workshops and user acceptance testing. Supports customer’s commercialization of the product and project
About the team:
FIS Digital Banking helps build digital banking functionality including payments, reporting, entitlements and enrollment to commercial banks in on-prem, hosted and SAAS models. The product operates on a modern architecture, 100% API based and in AWS for our hosted clients.
What you will be doing?
Responsible for maximizing the customer’s usage and value of FIS’s Digital Banking product and projects.
Accountable for leading customer product configuration workshops, customer product education, user acceptance test, and immediate post-go live support.
Accountable for the accurate configuration of the product using workbooks and implementation material.
Responsible for demoing product features and solving customer’s business problems using the product’s existing capabilities.
Represents the Customer’s voice to internal stakeholders and provides input in issue prioritization.
Functions as a high-level individual contributor in a professional services Agile team.
Utilizes expertise in treasury management, corporate payments, customer segmentation, cash management products and services.
Available as needed to assist the team and customer with product questions.
Is given authority to make decisions and recommendations about how product features are used to solve customer’s business problems.
Analyzes client’s business needs and recommends appropriate solutions utilizing methodologies. Conducts analysis of customer’s objectives, critical success factors, business functions and processes.
What you will need:
5-7 years of recent experience in treasury services and Banking
Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience in client implementations
5-7 years of recent experience as a technology business consultant within the Fintech industry
5-7 years of recent experience with payments systems implementations, preferably Digital Banking (ACH, Wires).
5-7 years of recent experience with core banking concepts (Balance reporting, transaction reporting, images, statements, check services, positive pay, transfers, Bill Pay, Remote Deposit Capture)
5-7 years of recent experience with Corporate Treasury Management functionality and banking integration.
5-7 years of recent experience with software integration concepts. (Batch and Real-time processing)
Travel required, domestically.

Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) preferred
