Technology Business Development Manager

**Job responsibilities:**
This position bridges the gap between Fujitsu’s advanced technologies and client needs and to be part of the global project and business development of the new Arm-based processor “FUJITSU-MONAKA” working with leading engineers from the world top ranked supercomputer “Fugaku” processor development.
1. Develop the global business model/strategy for FUJITSU-MONAKA to drive innovation and business growth based on US led partnership and collaboration.
2. Develop the technical support structure of FUJITSU-MONAKA for global deployment with Japan HQ and partners.
3. Technical engagement with strategic partners to develop the best-fit solution to meet specific client requirements with FUJITSU-MONAKA.
4. Customer engagement to deliver technical presentations and demonstrations, offer proactive solutions to address client challenges (incl. joint qualifications, PoC evaluations, benchmark testing, etc.).
5. Marketing activities for promotion of FUJITSU-MONAKA.
6. Serve as a technical and business liaison between Fujitsu and clients/partners.
7. Articulate FUJITSU-MONAKA’s value propositions to potential clients and partners.
8. Identify new market opportunities and contribute to product strategy.
**Essential requirements:**
1. Experience and knowledge in datacenter and infrastructure management/deployment, cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
2. Deep understanding on processor architecture (e.g., x86, Arm, RISC-V, etc.) and technology (microarchitecture, cache mechanisms, memory controllers, and interconnects).
3. Customer relationship management experience for managing customer interactions, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
4. Ability to read and comprehend complex technical documentation.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
6. Strong communication skills, explaining technical concepts to various stakeholders.
**Preferred qualifications:**
1. Experience with various operating systems and platforms (e.g., Windows, Linux, and embedded systems) for servers and edge systems.
2. Knowledge on relevant industry standards and specifications
3. Product Management experience on IT related products (esp. servers and semiconductors)

Fujitsu salaries are aligned to the specific geographic location in which the work is primarily performed. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each situation. The pay range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: specific skills, qualifications, experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. The pay range for this position is estimated at $129,500.00 to $184,800 USD. Additionally, this role may be eligible for a short-term incentive based on company results and individual performance.
