Technology Business Operations Analyst

The Technology Operations Support Analyst provides support to the Technology Operations team and provides the required reports and visualizations to support the company requirements.

Responsibilities:

Provide support to the Technology Operations team (both TechOps and BizOps)Adhere to the company's Agile methodology and SDLC processDrive innovation and forward thinking to automate and streamline processesIdentify risks and issues, escalate them when necessaryAlign with the Product Technology Governance & Operating framework (e.g. Workforce Planner & Asset Register), ensuring standards, tools, documents, templates, and processes are in placeAudit and update Product Technology Operating Documents on a monthly or quarterly basisEngage with various contributors across the businessUnderstand business needs and develop Business Intelligence (BI) tools (e.g. Power BI and Excel)Create outputs such as visualizations, reports that can be understood by different target audiencesCollaborate with tech, security, finance, product, sales leaders to integrate cross-discipline datasets for better business context understandingDesign complex data modelsEmpower staff members to be accountable for their actions and decisions


Qualifications:
To qualify for this position as a Technology Operations Support Analyst:

Education:

College Graduate

Skills:

Intermediate level skills in Excel and Power BIKnowledge of JiraProficient in Python for automation and process optimizationExperience with automation tools like Power AutomateFamiliarity with integrating and working with APIsStrong analytical capabilities especially related to data structuring analysis and presentation of conclusionsAbility to leverage technical metrics for effective decision-makingExcellent communication skills both verbal written along with strong interpersonal skills applicable across wide audience rangeFamiliarity with GitHub is an advantage

Experience:

At least 2 years of related work experience.
