This includes supporting day to day Operational and Compliance Risk management and implementing the new MCA Transformation methodology and tools. In the Technology Control Head organization we also are involved in Technology controls audits and corrective action planning when controls are not mitigated to acceptable levels. **What you’ll do:** + Collaborate with like minded risk and control professionals to strengthen Technology controls + Assess controls that are inadequate or ineffective to determine what corrective actions are needed + Analyze across control teams to identify best practices or inconsistencies. + Coach and train MCA teams to drive adherence to standards and procedures **What we’ll need from you:** + A desire to collaborate with Technology and Control professionals to strengthen Citi’s Technology control environments. + Ability to document and scrutinize business processes to identify and assess Process risks. + Analyse risk and control data across files to identify themes and insights that require management escalation or remediation. + Familiarity with the processes executed by Technology development, production support, Infrastructure and Information Security **What we can offer you:** Working with an international team will provide you exposure to global compliance and operational challenges across technology processes.
