Job Description
Your Responsibilities
•Support direct and indirect sales efforts globally through onsite customer visits to develop solution value estimates and differentiate advanced analytics solutions over competitive offerings. This may include technical presentations, review of customer processes/historical data and development of benefit assessments.
•Be lead evangelist for the company’s solutions in the market through the collaboration with Commercial Marketing to delivery , conference presentations and media briefings consistent with RA communications guidelines.
•Develop training & sales support materials (in collaboration with commercial Marketing) for marketing of the solution including.
•Work with Sales Management to prioritize strategic customer pursuits and collaborate to execute sales order plan
•Facilitate transfer of industry and application knowledge to sales, services and marketing personnel
•Keep abreast of current and evolving industry & customer requirements in designated countries and regions to ensure solutions are being developed in accordance with changing requirements.
•Motivate cross-functional resources to ensure customer satisfaction with solutions.
•Assist in the development of annual marketing plan with quarterly updates
Qualifications Required:
• 5 or more years’ work experience (operational or vendor) in manufacturing industries.
•Experience with Advanced Analytics (Human Factors Engineering, Risk Assessment )
•Proven track record in dealing with complex global organizations.
•Excellent inter-departmental communication skills both verbal and written (TOEIC 650) .
