Assisting clients in reimagining the influence of digital on their operations and speeding up their transformation initiatives.Revolutionizing the customer experience by utilizing journey maps, deep customer insights, and data to create impactful digital interfaces, marketing strategies, and process innovations.Delivering transformational value through advanced data and analytics applications, fully integrated into the business.Developing continuous organizational change capabilities and assisting clients in evolving into digital enterprises that innovate rapidly and at scale.Redesigning technology functions to enhance flexibility, efficiency, and alignment between business and IT.What we are looking for
A minimum of 1 year of full-time relevant work experience within digital fields, including product management, analytics, and/or designing & delivering world-class software products, in leading digital companies and/or start-ups.Understanding the ERP concepts, especially finance processes will be highly regardedAdvanced quantitative analysis, solid business acumen and problem- solving ability.Established record of driving digital transformation and topics with value creation in mindExcellent communication skills; able to explain complex industry concepts in non-technical termsBachelor's degree preferably in an IT/Computer Science, Engineering or related disciplineMBA, master’s in finance or economics will be highly regardedFlexibility to travel within Eurasia regionProficient in spoken and written Azeri, Russian, and English. Additional language skills are advantageous. Fluency in English and Russian is essential for participation in projects within the Central Asia region.#LI-SH1
