D and A role – Python-Power BI 
Job Description - Data Analytics role 
Experience Level – 1-2 years of relevant experience

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain data analytics solutions using Python and/or Power BI. Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources into client’s data warehouse or data lakes. Create and maintain dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to business stakeholders. Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in complex data sets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs. Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing data validation and cleansing processes. Document analytics processes, methodologies, and results for knowledge sharing and compliance purposes. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in data analytics and visualization tools. Provide training and support to business users on data analytics tools and best practices. Support business pursuits by contributing to the development of proposals and responding to business development initiatives. Participate in special projects and perform additional duties as required.

 

Required Skillset

1-2 years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably with a focus on Python programming or Power BI. Proficiency in Python for data analysis or expertise in Power BI for creating interactive dashboards and reports. Proficiency in SQL and working with relational databases. Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a results-driven approach. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner to non-technical audiences.

 

Good to have

Experience with additional data analytics or visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Qlik) is a plus. Certification in Data Analytics or Business intelligence platforms.
