Controls Testing and Assurance performs a key role for State Street as a First line of defense function by testing Information technology controls and providing independent feedback on the adequacy of controls .As a member of FLRC- First line Risk and Controls and as part of Controls assurance team ,one has to contribute in driving program activities related to Controls testing and Controls Mapping, to achieve this objective one has to work with controls owners and other key stakeholders globally to help standardize and operationalize our Regulatory Compliance and IT Process.
Expected years of experience 10-12 Years.
As officer Technology Risk and Control Assurance you will:
Delivers assigned projects independently on time, with limited support from management, individuals in this position provide technical support for various elements of the risk management and compliance programs.Conduct technology control testing to meet the timelines for the Bank, maintaining a mature quality of test attributes, which includes both design and effectiveness testEffectively communicate with several stakeholders including senior level Control Owners, while the Bank goes through transformationAssist senior staff in designated risk management and compliance projects assignments in completing basic research, analysis and reporting. Also, may act as a coordinator on projects.Assist with driving a culture of risk and control management, transparency, and accountability.Manages project artifacts, including meeting minutes, action items, risks and issues logs.Closely collaborate with Technology teams and risk and control stakeholders across the lines of defense, both globally and regionally.Keeps up to date on relevant policy, standards and regulatory requirements.Collect and document Risk and Compliance information for measurement, analysis and reporting.Prepare reports as directed.Core/Must have skills
Understanding of Risk Management framework
Project Management
Excellent communication skills
Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite
Good to have skills
Information Security certifications like ISO27001, CRISC, CISA etc.
Knowledge on information security domains like Incident management, change management, BCP/DR, Access management etc.
Must be avid reader as candidate is expected to keep himself updated with new regulations, mandated from various regulators globally like MAS, CERT-IN, EBA
