Job Summary The Technology Coordinator works closely with the food service team, system administrators, and other members of informatics to support the CBORD application for selected Morrison Healthcare (MHC) accounts. Key Responsibilities: * Responsible for managing and organizing the technology infrastructure supporting the Food Service Technology * Troubleshooting hardware and software issues with net new builds as well as existing databases * Helps maintain and request user access to multiple systems and applications * Collaborates with System Administrator to establish goals and oversees the implementation of patient food services needs based on medical direction, patient population, and contract * Complies with regulatory agencies, including federal, state, and Joint Commission as evidenced by successful completion of surveys with no deficiencies * Provides Patient Services team with technical support * Ensures patient services staff assists in achieving stated patient satisfaction goals * Participates in facility-wide and department Performance Improvement Program and on Performance Improvement teams to improve processes and patient care * Follows facility, department, and Company safety policies and procedures to include occurrence reporting * Participates and attends all departmental meetings, staff development, and professional programs, as appropriate * Travel as needed to support hardware at managed locations * Other duties as assigned Preferred Qualifications: * B.S. Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field * CBORD or Food Service management software experience preferred * Minimum of three years of experience in a technology management role, ideally with a background in healthcare IT * Knowledge of iOS, Citrix, Horizon VMware, Epic, HL7 interface, and Windows Servers desirable * Knowledge of P&L accountability and contract-managed service experience is desirable * Must be willing to participate in satisfaction programs/activities Apply to Morrison Healthcare today!
