As a Technology & Cyber Risk Management Lead within our team in Singapore, you will conduct independent oversight of technology risk management frameworks and practices. You will collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders, including senior management, to ensure robust risk management and control principles are in place. Your work will be pivotal in maintaining the firm's integrity and supporting its growth.

Job Responsibilities:

Perform data-driven technology and cyber risk assessments to challenge the first line of defense. Gather, analyze, and develop visualizations and reporting from diverse data sets. Assess governance practices related to technology policies, standards, and procedures. Evaluate Global Technology’s framework for industry best practices and regulatory compliance. Identify thematic risks based on key risk indicators and performance metrics. Assess prioritization and treatment of control findings for Global Technology. Maintain credible relationships across technology and control organizations.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field. A minimum of 10 years of experience in technology development within the financial services industry. Experience in Technology Risks, Cybersecurity, Compliance, IT Audit, or Operational Risk. Hands-on development experience in Python (PySpark, Pandas, and NumPy). Effective technical skills in data visualization, data warehousing, and cloud technology. Ability to conduct exploratory data analysis and perform statistical analysis. Proven stakeholder management skills with professionalism and integrity. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

Experience with large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering techniques, and generative AI. Knowledge and interest in current and emerging technologies. Effective organizational and project management skills.
