Job description:Material/System Preparation & Management
Coordinating people resources, procurement, and delivery of materials.Timely secure project collaterals/materials according to project/requestor requirements, including substrates, direct materials, and indirect materials.Optimize supply chain logistics, handling inventories, and forecasts.Preparation of required systems before engineering build kick-off.Process flow management, including build/update as needed.Engineering Build/Lot ManagementWork independently with internal and external teams to handle TD builds flawlessly.Coordinate all execution efforts to deliver engineering builds and TD operations per established standards and guidelines.Streamline TD build schedules to meet program/project deadlines based on business priorities, avoiding mis-handling or long staging time.Closely supervise/track TD build progress, addressing issues immediately.Operations ManagementProvide operational support to TD Ops Engineer, covering internal customers and internal/external partners.Ensure that the organization converts inputs (e.g., materials, labor, and technology) into outputs (e.g., qualification of technode, recipes) efficiently.Identify and resolve risks, issues, and roadblocks promptly.Identify areas for improvement that improve TD and cross-team efficiencies, generating high-quality, efficient solutions in compressed periods.Build strong working relationships with internal and external partners across multiple programs/projects.Job requirements:Diploma or higher in Electronics Engineering.3+ years of experience in Semiconductor Backend Assembly Manufacturing or Operation Management.Good analytical and problem-solving skills.Outstanding collaboration skills, growing in a team environment.Proficient in oral and written English communication; Mandarin is a plus.Our EAs work office hours, non-shift.Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.About Micron Technology, Inc.
