We have are at the forefront of creating a new generation of wireless communication infrastructure. We specialize in everything from network development to complete telecom life cycle solutions. While the wireless world is ever changing, the demand for innovative technology and long-term support services remains constant. These services include site acquisition, design, and construction to full operations, maintenance, and deconstruction.

Our Telecom team is looking for an experienced Technology Director. This position will be working in conjunction with the other internal and external managers & team members. This individual will be responsible for the process and procedure improvement, manpower and all required resources to ensure the successful completion of IT support and related tasks. The Technology Director will coordinate with the all related internal and external teams to ensure the Telecom group receives the highest quality IT support. Our managers ensure quality on the project(s) and have the final decision making on any project changes. They are also responsible for developing and maintaining client relations. Our managers’ report information to both our clients and senior team management.  This will be a hybrid role with requirements to be in the Philadelphia PA office as needed.

Management Duties\:

Manage day-to-day IT needs and Integration tasks related to a Telecom project(s) Coordinate accurate, up-to-date reporting of project status, scheduling and planning Must maintain and enforce the company's safety program, ensure daily job site safety plans are reviewed and followed, and stop work when unsafe work practices or conditions exist Work with other internal managers, groups to supervise the administrative and integration of assigned projects needs Oversee project financials, including managing billing and receivable process Interfaces with the clients' program office for all program related matters to include, but not limited to, scheduling, sub contractors, site conditions, invoicing and Integration/Construction close out Consult with senior managers on hiring and performance management issues and reviews Provides activity reporting and forecasting of revenues, margins, manpower and all required resources to more senior management Manage & Build a positive committed team *

·       Support all tiers of support (L1 to L3) in multiple aspects of the business (Desktop Support to Enterprise Exchange)

·       Support Exchange environment on-prem and cloud based users and servers

·       Developed IT related technical documentations and training material for Technicians and end users

·       Primary Technical support for Telecom Program 

8 years of IT experience is required Technical School, Associate and Bachelor's Degree is required Travel is required Shift and weekend work is required Ability to coordinate work and share resources with other managers on the team is required Highly organized and disciplined with proven time management skills required Must be US Citizen or eligible to work for any US Employer without sponsorship Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a highly interdependent team of individual contributors preferred Strong computer background, MS Office - especially Word and Excel is preferred



Typical salary range for this position is $100,000.00 to $125,000.00 and is commensurate with experience relative to the position.

Essential Functions\: Intermittent sitting, walking, standing, bending, squatting, climbing, kneeling, twisting, and lifting. Hand manipulation is required for grasping, pushing and pulling, and fine manipulation. Right and/or left hands utilized. Need to reach and/or work above the shoulder, as well as below the shoulder for same.
