About the Role:

The Technology Ecosystem Director will play a critical role in expanding CrowdStrike's partner ecosystem by managing a team that focuses on onboarding new technology partners and driving valuable integrations to the market. This strategic position requires a forward-thinking leader with a deep understanding of the cybersecurity landscape, exceptional relationship-building skills, and the ability to translate partner capabilities into market-ready solutions. 

What You’ll Do:

Demonstrate Strong & Dynamic Management Skills: Ability to establish team KPI’s and metrics that ensure the CrowdStrike Ecosystem can efficiently enhance the partner and customer experience.   

Partner Onboarding: Develop and implement an efficient & automated onboarding process(es) for new technology partners, ensuring a seamless integration of their solutions with CrowdStrike's platform.

Strategic Partnerships: Identify, evaluate, and establish strategic relationships with technology vendors and partners, focusing on enhancing CrowdStrike’s capabilities and market presence.

Integration Development: Collaborate closely with internal teams (engineering, product management, marketing, and sales) and external partners to drive the development of valuable integrations that meet market needs.

Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, evaluate competitors, and assess potential partners that align with CrowdStrike's strategic goals.

Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and execution of partner integrations, aligning with overall business objectives and customer needs.

Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of partnerships and integrations, providing regular reports to senior management.

Thought Leadership: Represent CrowdStrike in industry forums, conferences, and partner events to promote the technology ecosystem and showcase successful partnerships and integrations.

What You’ll Need:

Ability to manage a team to drive of alliance professionals to deliver impactful solutions that enhance security outcomes for our customers.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.

10+ years of experience in technology partnership management, ecosystem development, or a related role within the cybersecurity or technology industry.

Proven track record of successfully onboarding technology partners and driving product integrations that deliver measurable business outcomes.

Strong understanding of cybersecurity technologies, market trends, and customer needs.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and drive cross-functional teams.

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $150,000 - $240,000 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits. A candidate's salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location.
