Job Summary
To ensure that production equipment is producing according to customer demands with the highest level of efficiency and quality, optimization of processes, production and technical documentation meets criteria of states legislation and QH.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Ensure the function of the production process.
Support implementation of new equipment and processes such as receiving and keeping documentation for equipment and ensure the training of technicians.
Ensure planned maintenance of production equipment by creating maintenance instructions and ensuring the following of the maintenance plan for the production equipment.
Cooperate on specifying spare parts needed for maintenance.
Cooperate on essential external services of production equipment.
Analyze and propose solutions to problems in maintenance processes and its realization.
Ensure improvements in equipment and processes to meet KPIs for production.
Creation and processing of technical and production procedures for specific production operations
Create precise and detailed technical documentation according to internal regulations, to modify technical documentation on behalf of changes in the process.
Collect inputs from Value Stream Leaders and Lead Technicians to implement actions.
Initiate preventive actions for the equipment.
Monitoring of technological discipline and optimization of work procedures in production.
Co-operate on analysis of current processes and equipment in production.
Cooperation and execution of projects led by project manager.
About You
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position,
Basic knowledge of production workflow, production processes, and procedures.
Ability to design parts and design units.
Ability to create drawings and drawing programs in Solid Works or AutoCAD.
Knowledge of industrial materials.
Ability to read technical drawings with the use of available technical standards.
Knowledge of technological equipment and a rapid understanding of their systems.
Organizational and communication skills.
Project management.
Preferred experience with the management team.
Education / Qualifications
Minimum secondary school preferred technical, chemical technology focus – required.
Communicative level of English language.
