NEXT Electric, LLC seeking full-time Technology Foreman in Waukesha, Wisconsin. Job Summary + Coordinates & supervises activities of System Technicians including planning of labor requirements + Ensures compliance with company and customer safety policies and procedures + Leads weekly jobsite safety toolbox talks; completes jobsite safety forms and inspections + Coordinates with Project Managers to ensure productivity and task completions are within project budget guidelines + Analyzes blueprints effectively for job site knowledge + Monitors progress of implemented tasks and timely deliverables + Analyzes pending tasks for planning of required equipment, procedures, and training + Completes overall job layout for projects of limited scope and size + Installation and Termination of peripheral devices + Installation of pathways and cabling + Programming and testing of installed Systems + Testing and troubleshooting of System hardware equipment + Conducts appropriate Systems Training for customers + Completes maintenance and customer support service calls for installed Systems + Provides quality customer support services Qualifications + 6 or more years recent low voltage installation experience + BICSI Installer Copper & Fiber Certification or BICSI Technician Certification or equivalent certification required + Proficient communication (verbal/written), personal computer, and MS Office (EXCEL, WORD, OUTLOOK) skills + Successfully pass pre-employment (post offer) background check, and MVR check when responsibilities require operating motor vehicles, and drug-test as may be required per federal or client contract, or DOT policy Company Overview: NEXT Electric, LLC, a partially-owned subsidiary of IES Commercial, Inc. - Commercial & Industrial Division of IES Holdings, Inc.
