About the Role
The Service Delivery Management Consultant is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure and providing exceptional support to end-users. You will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining technology solutions that enhance business productivity.Roles and Responsibilities:
Infrastructure Management:
Oversee IT infrastructure components' design, implementation, and maintenance, including servers, networks, and storage systems.Monitor system performance and ensure optimal uptime and availability.Conduct regular system audits and capacity planning.Oversee vulnerability and security patching of different platforms.Service Desk Operations:
Develop and maintain service desk processes and procedures to ensure timely resolution of issues.Implement ITIL best practices in service management.Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and address infrastructure needs.Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding project status and service levels.Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business units.Minimum Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and service desk management.Strong knowledge of networking, server administration, and cloud technologies.Familiarity with ITIL framework and service management principles.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Experience with service desk software and ticketing systems.Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, CompTIA, Cisco) are a plus.Equal Opportunity
