Responsible for the timely delivery of larger and more complex DCIM infrastructure projects in line with business requirements.

Principal Accountabilities

Meets expectations of internal customers through delivery of high quality ‘Change the Bank’ projects, meeting their needs and demonstrating the added value.Manage initiation documents, plans and reports for approved projects. Provide effective management to ensure delivery of these initiatives.Input into programme for Data Centre consolidations. Ensuring Data Centre Infrastructure Service Availability during the lifecycle of the consolidation.Support Data Centre MigrationsTo ensure that requirements are aligned with Bank, ITID and DCIM strategies.Own relationship with key stakeholders ensuring effective and timely communications regarding implementation and process support requirements. Day to day consultation with key stakeholders within country.Provision of project progress reports at agreed intervals to all stakeholders during the project life cycle.
