The Engineer IV  will play a crucial role in supporting the implementation and maintenance of our digital workspace strategy and also with End User Computing . This role is integral to ensuring the smooth operation of our end-user computing environment across North America.

What You'll DoAssist in the management and support of end-user hardware (both physical and virtual), operating systems, browsers, and software deployment.Collaborate with senior engineers and architects on end-user computing initiatives, focusing on the practical execution of strategies.Participate in technical troubleshooting efforts to resolve end-user computing issues and improve user experience.Contribute to the development and enforcement of security standards for endpoint devices in partnership with Information Security.Help in the execution of automation initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiencies.Stay informed of industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to support continuous improvement in end-user computing.Support the packaging, deployment, and management of applications, application task sequences, working closely with senior team members to ensure alignment with best practices.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance processes, resolve issues, and improve the end-user experience.Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior team members as needed.
