Position Overview: Chubb is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Associate Engineering Trainee for its Technology Internship program. This internship is designed for students who are passionate about technology and engineering, and who are eager to apply their academic knowledge in a professional setting. As an intern, you will support various technology initiatives and contribute to projects that elevate our engineering practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the design, development, and implementation of software applications and systems. Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices in software development. Conduct research and analysis to support ongoing projects and initiatives. Analyze user requirements and assist in developing functional specifications. Support testing activities, including writing and executing test cases and documenting results. Document technical processes, system designs, and project progress. Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#. Understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) is a plus. Basic knowledge of database management and SQL. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
