Responsibilities:

Setting up Android phones on Intune where requiredMonitoring and performing housekeeping on Endpoint Manager, Defender, O365 and AzureSupporting weekly guest WiFi provisioning on Ruckus when requiredManaging tickets and ensuring tickets are kept up to date following ITIL processes.Maintaining Microsoft web filter and following the correct process to allow specified URLs.Managing secure printing setup on Ricoh printersSetting up new Server 2019 & Server 2022 and troubleshooting when issues occurTroubleshooting local Cisco network issuesManaging Teams VC Rooms and regularly checking for connectivity and healthAssisting the IT manager & IT director with projects and tasks, managed via a project tracker.Troubleshooting issues on Windows 10 & 11 on Lenovo and HP laptopsMaintaining asset registerMaintaining knowledge base on ITSM system when requiredPlanning and future business requirements in a cost-effective mannerManaging IT projects to meet predefined objectives.Proactive monitoring and maintenance of all production systemsWork within a team to deliver to agreed SLAs.Investigate complex service problems, recommend solutions, and follow formal procedures to plan, test and implement proposed solutions.Support of Windows Server based applicationsMentor & provide support to the team.Liaise with external support providers through to resolution.
