**Job Description**

**Core Responsibilities**
+ Drive the design and specification of new automated solutions together with our key suppliers.
+ Drive FAT of equipment pre factory installation
+ Drive and plan SAT of new equipment and sign-off on functionality and performance before takeover.
+ Actively use innovation to create results such as improve machines, equipment, automatization and logistic processes
+ Ensure coherence and collaboration in projects across global technology platforms within MD&I(Engineering), Manufacturing/Shopfloor and Global Machine safety(MSG) - Building relationships to all key stakeholders and suppliers
+ Global go-to person with deep functional expertise and day to day support
+ Identify risk and opportunities in functional areas and in general translates objectives into clearly defined short-term team results
+ Ensure Technical specifications and documentation of Technology platforms
+ Bring expertise into a business context, actively use functional expertise and End2End customer understanding

The Technology Manager is working with one or more strategically important logistics technologies, driving the defined global agenda for the technologies. You will join with the focus on automated logistics in our factories, more specifically in our Automated Warehouse, our in-shop automated handling of P-boxes(with new LEGO bricks) and P-box washers to ensure high performance in the LEGO Moulding production.
**Do you have what it takes**
+ Relevant educational background like Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineer (B.Sc.), Marine Engineer, Automation or a like.
+ Practical experience with installation and IT integration of automation equipment on shopfloors
+ Experience in Automation/logistics systems is highly relevant
+ Ability to travel approximately 40 days per year.
+ Be a great team player
+ Ability to create results and the mindset continue until the job is done.
The position is based in Billund, DK and relocation support is not offered for this role.
