Responsibilities:

Carrying out European and, in some cases, worldwide paper-technical order processing of digital projects, incl:

Definition of solution concepts from Papermaking technological perspective together with our customers, technological process monitoring, AI-supported process optimisation, creation of optimisation plans and a joint implementation of optimizations of digital projects with our customers. Long-term support of our customers within the framework of service contracts, including the implementation of customer training and short-term service assignments (onsite optimizations). Supporting R&D in the development of analysis tools and digital products for paper production. Support FAC / Take-over together with the project manager / handover to the service department. Participation in customer meetings as technical expert in coordination with the project manager. Technical documentation of the configuration. Ensuring that installation and configuration is carried out according to the contract specification in a timely manner and that the technical effort is within the calculated costs. Expand and keep up-to-date our internal project documentation related templates. Contribute to continuous improvement of our processes & tools.

 

Requirements:

Bachelor's or above in relevant areas; Solid technical background with customer experience English as working language in oral and written
