What you will do… 

Support Network Core, Firewalls, Switches, Routers, VPNs, Wireless Access Points, and other associated equipmentEnsure security levels on network, infrastructure, and servers are maintainedInstall, support, and manage servers and resolve issues as neededWork collaboratively with DevOps and Engineering leadership on strategy and execution of deployment initiativesServe as a subject matter expert on infrastructure upgrades, enhancements, and performance while ensuring cost effectiveness and business alignmentWork closely with Network Engineers to manage and set standards for data backups and system disaster recovery protocolsRefine and enhance change and risk management procedures when neededManage the installation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of various information systemsDeep understanding of the entire operation of Axxess and financial concepts

What you bring… 

Bachelor’s degree requiredAn MBA along with a multitude of certifications preferred10+ years of experience in information technology infrastructure, shared services, and advanced data center management 5+ years managing teams and leading key initiative with a hands-on approach Proven track record of completing projects.Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to support working a fast pace and multi-faceted team environment Ability to manage workload in a demanding environment to meet deadlines Presentation skills, including ability to present and explain technical information to non-technical audience
