We are seeking a Technology Manager, Separation to join our Minerals Sales Team in Middle East. In this role, you will be responsible for Separation Technologies (Flotation, Thickeners & Automation). You will also act as a technology expert in sales cases happining in Middle East & India market area .
In this position, you will report to Head, Minerals Sales, Middle East.

Your main responsibilities to this position will be:
Execute Middle East and India Market Area (MEI MA) strategy aligned with BL for profitable sales growth. Actively communicate the Business Line Separation offerings to the market. Act as the first technical support point of contact for Business Line separation cases Provide timely product support and technical assistance/analysis to existing and potential customers. Develop and present solutions for customers as well as value propositions and win plans for sales cases. Identify customer value drivers, review RFQs and develop proposals with the BLs Build proposals in full autonomy, if possible, on the configurator and negotiate Terms and Conditions (T&C) on single units' sales with the help of the Front-End Sales Develop separation product strategy in the MA; manage Sales Force opportunities Promote Metso standard offering according to the Market Area MEI and BL product strategy. Ensure project handovers from sales to delivery are organized and executed in a timely manner to ensure successful delivery execution. Promote new product designs/innovations to customers and potential customers as well as internal teams. Cultivate a wide pool of industry contacts and establish their expertise in the market. Meet sales target numbers for respective technology.
To Succeed you need to have:
Minimum 5-10 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in the mining industry Previous experience working directly with customers Solid technical and holistic understanding of separation technologies (Flotation, Process Automation, Thickener) and willingness to learn more Strong personality to correctly overcome information deficits, including the willingness to seek support from others. Must be able to effectively discuss, explain and coordinate requirements and designs with engineers and other disciplines cross-functionally. Highly motivated individual with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Visual acuity is required to read and produce accurate engineering materials. Solid understanding of tools used daily, Sales Force proficiency, etc. You are fluent in English, other languagesare considered an asset
