Contract Duration: 24 Months **Required Skills & Experience** + 2+ years of Technology Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education. + High level Technical expertise and refined business acumen. **Desired Skills & Experience** + Video conference management application experience (WebEx Control Hub), A/V background, fin tech and or white glove experience. **What You Will Be Doing** + Participate in low to moderately complex initiatives and identify opportunity for process improvements within Technology Operations. + Review and analyze basic or tactical Technology Operations assignments or challenges that require research, evaluation, and selection of alternatives, related to low-to-medium risk deliverables. + Present recommendations for resolving low to moderately complex situations and exercise some independent judgment while developing understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. + Provide information to client personnel in Technology Operations. + White glove support for video conference rooms.
