This is an amazing opportunity to work on cloud support. The team comprises 8 members and will report to the Operations engineering manager. We have a great skill set for managing and maintaining technology operations. We would love to speak with you if you have skills in configuring and maintaining custom, commercial-off-the-shelf, and SaaS software solutions. About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments - B.A. in Computer Science or Software Engineering, or other relevant degree- 2 + years of experience in Cloud tools and development methodologies- 2 years of experience Overseeing, planning, and implementing small/medium changes-2+ years of experience Supporting users in understanding and defining their change requirements.High proficiency in English – both written and spokenIt would be great if you also had . . . Experience working in cross-functional teams, collaborating with developers, network engineers, and IT support.Database Administration: Familiarity with cloud database services (e.g., AWS RDS, Azure SQL, GCP Cloud SQL)Strong written and verbal skills to explain technical issues to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.What will you be doing in this role? Provide second-level support for help tickets and contribute to root cause analyses. Implement industry best practices to maintain a stable environment, automate tasks where possible, and monitor for deviations and issues. Oversee the planning and implementation of small/medium changes. Provide mentorship to junior team members. Support business users in understanding and defining their change requirements. Provide first level technical support for Internal / External customer reported issues related to the Applications. Performing scheduled jobs (Daily / weekly / monthly). Participate in shift handovers to ensure a smooth transition of monitoring responsibilities in a 24/7 environment.
