About the Role

Cloud Automation Consultant specializes in cloud automation, orchestration. He/She utilizes technology to improve, streamline, workflows and automate processes. The end goal is to improve efficiency of operation and the stability of business applications.

The Automation Consultant also has the responsibility to manage and operate the Observability platform (Application Performance Monitoring, log Management tools, Infrastructure as a service toolset). He/She ensure the platform are always available and assist Technology user in advanced setup to meet requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

Work with Application and Technology users in identifying automation use cases, developing new capabilities and services.Design, build, manage and implement service automation in Cloud using scripts, power platform or other tool as per requirementsProvide recommendation to Technology users on how to improve automation use cases based on historical dataProvide recommendation to Application team on Automation use case based on historical monitoring eventsOversee and manage AiOPS Observability platform to ensure an end-to-end monitoring and log management capability of all applicationsOversee and manage toolset for automation and infrastructure as a code to ensure smooth execution of all automation servicesProvide recommendation on how to improve the observability platformCollaborate with Subject Matter Experts in improving/developing new capabilities related to AiOPs, such as Machine Learning following industry best practices

Job requirements:

Hands-on experience in configuring and managing Dynatrace observability solution is a must.Proficient in scripting language such as PowerShell, Python.Experience in PowerApps development.Good understanding on Cloud Technology. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure is a plus.Experience in software development would be an advantage.
