Pay

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $82,600 – $111,500 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. What will you do? Administer all point-of-sale and ancillary systems, including user access, training, documentation, and reporting  Oversee implementation and management of technology solutions, ensuring alignment with company standards, operational needs, and compliance requirements  Coordinate service providers to deliver reliable technology support, manage incidents, service requests, and system changes in ServiceNow  Provide technical support, training, and development for team members, ensuring proper system usage, compliance, and operational efficiency  Maintain procedural documentation, support new system implementations, and ensure adherence to PCI compliance and company policies 

More about you Bachelor’s degree in information management, computer science, computer systems engineering, business administration, mathematics, or a related field  Minimum of 5 years of related experience in the implementation, management, and maintenance of information technology infrastructure and IT systems such cloud services, server technologies, and communication technologies, LANs, WANs, VoIP, and data communication systems  Proven ability to work with diverse stakeholders, manage competing agendas and priorities, and translate complex information across internal and external audiences often in a high paced environment  Experience and knowledge of information security  Working knowledge of enterprise systems such as Point-of-Sale (Micros / XRP), UKG Time Keeping, Microsoft Windows, and Microsoft Office  Must be willing to be on call to help support unexpected emergencies
