Technology Operations Senior Analyst

The Technology Operations Senior Analyst works closely with cross-functional teams to understand complex solutions, and integrations, and drive releases to improve solutions.  This role is critical in supporting the restaurant technology in multiple Inspire Brands stores.  This individual ensures that solutions are aligned with business strategies and comply with the organization’s application and development standards. They will also be responsible for deployment, solution planning, delivery, and auditing.

This position will be in our Atlanta Support Center and will require an 80% in-office attendance.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Tracking all JIRAs, backlog, and sprint boards for Sonic and Arby’sCommunicates point of sale functionality to educate cross-functional partners and align on operational in-store executionEnsures POS implications are clearly understood and communicated to all impacted partiesMeeting with Solutions engineers to have a TechOps roadmap of what is in the pipelineManaging all the software and integration turned over to QA for sign-offReviewing reported defects to determine if they are valid or configuration issuesProvides input on process improvements and maintains documentation of processesDemonstrates operational understanding of POS hardware (printers, pin pads, scanners, coin changers, etc.)

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum: 4 Year DegreePreferred: Bachelor's Degree4-7 years of progressive, relevant IT experience such as POS system configuration and implementation experienceDetailed knowledge of relevant applications and technical platforms.Experience with Microsoft Operating SystemsPractical experience in building business and technical requirements
