**Compensation Overview**
The annual base salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.

**What Is the Opportunity?**
InsuraMatch is seeking a Technology Operations Technician to join our organization as we grow and transform our business. Individual will be the first point of contact for all end user support and vendor coordination. Maintain and lead onboarding/offboarding experience.
**What Will You Do?**
+ Assist in the diagnosis and resolution of issues.
+ Identify repetitive issues in the environment and work with the Problem Management Team to eliminate from the environment.
+ Identify repetitive work functions that can be automated and work with the Automation Team to eliminate that work.
+ Identify improved monitoring opportunities and improvements.
+ Assist Engineering Teams and Business Units with changes to the infrastructure and ensuring adherence to standards.
+ Leverage capabilities within Service Now to streamline issues and workflows to maximize efficiency.
+ Document work performed in adherence with Information Technology Infrastructure Library standards.
+ Responsible for receiving, triaging, and resolving or escalating all service desk tickets within defined SLA guidelines
+ Responsible for delivering excellent customer support
+ Deliver white glove treatment to VIPs
+ Assists with PC setups and project tasks as assigned.
+ Manages client expectations through service request life cycle.
+ Monitors and triages email alerts, ensures a Service Ticket is created and owns the issue until it is resolved or assigned.
+ Ensures accurate and real-time entry of service request details.
+ Manage onboarding/offboarding experience for new users/exits.
+ Maintain asset inventory, procurement, and vendor relationships.
+ Perform other duties as assigned.
**What Will Our Ideal Candidate Have?**
+ Able to work independently and demonstrates effective decision-making skills.
+ Communication skills with the ability to translate technological information to relevant business terms.
+ 4-year degree program
+ Experience supporting at least 2 or more technologies (Mainframe, Network, Voice, Distributed and Cloud based systems )
+ Delivery - Intermediate delivery skills including the ability to deliver work at a steady, predictable pace to achieve commitments, decompose work assignments into small batch releases and contribute to tradeoff and negotiation discussions.
+ Domain Expertise - Demonstrated track record of domain expertise including the ability to understand technical concepts necessary to do the job effectively, demonstrate willingness, cooperation, and concern for business issues and possess in-depth knowledge of immediate systems worked on.
+ Problem Solving - Proven problem-solving skills including debugging skills, allowing you to determine source of issues in unfamiliar code or systems and the ability to recognize and solve repetitive problems rather than working around them, recognize mistakes using them as learning opportunities and break down large problems into smaller, more manageable ones.
+ Communication - Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly and concisely interact with team members, document work in a clear, easy to follow manner, collaborate well with team members, take in well- scoped requirements and ask the right questions to ensure clarification, seek out and receive constructive criticism well and listen when others are speaking.
+ Leadership - Intermediate leadership skills with a proven track record of self-motivation in identifying personal growth opportunities.
+ Experience with Microsoft 365 Business Premium applications, including Teams, Defender, MS Office - for Mac and PC (macOS and Windows 10/11), and Salesforce CRM
**What is a Must Have?**
+ Two years of experience supporting one or more technologies across Mainframe, Network, Voice, Distributed and Cloud based systems.
