Technology Product Analyst-11067-Hybrid

Basic Purpose:

Technology Product Management partners with business and technology stakeholders to define and execute the technology product vision from ideation to implementation in alignment with enterprise strategy. Technology Product Management supports all business units across the enterprise on their product development efforts to deliver meaningful, desirable new features to our members and employees to gain and retain a competitive advantage. The Technology Product Analyst is an effective problem solver and communicator who collaborates with key stakeholders to understand business requirements, define success criteria for products, and align product features to the roadmap. The analyst will research, compile, analyze, and define functional and non-functional requirements using effective requirements analysis techniques.

Responsibilities:

Partner with business and technology product stakeholders to understand business requirements, define success criteria for products, and align features to the product roadmap and strategic initiativesElicit, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements conforming to established standards leveraging effective requirements analysis techniques including requirements workshops, stakeholder interviews, use cases, scenarios, storyboards, surveys, data analysis, competitive research, etc.Present requirements using alternative views including analysis models, prototypes, or scenarios to facilitate communication of requirements with stakeholdersRefinement and prioritization of product backlogs consisting of Epics, Features, Stories, Non-Functional Requirements, and Defects organized on the product boardOrganize work items into sprints based on prioritization and alignment to the product roadmap.Manage requirements traceability and requirement changes through effective application of change management practicesCollaborate with third-party vendors to understand system features and capabilitiesParticipate in third-party vendor evaluation and selection (e.g. RFP)Contribute to continuous practice improvement efforts focused on improving quality and delivering business valuePerform other related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, other related field or the equivalent combination of training, education, and experienceAdvanced skill in transforming business requirements into technology solutions leveraging research, analytical, and problem-solving skillsExperience in cloud-native platforms and technologies (e.g. Azure)Experience in data analysis and data mappingAdvanced knowledge of Agile frameworks (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)Advanced knowledge of the System Development Life CycleProficient in MS Office tools including advanced knowledge of Excel and Visio to produce diagrams (e.g. process flow, context diagram)Advanced research, analytical, and problem solving skillsEffective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with ability to present information technical information to non-technical stakeholders clearly and conciselyEffective in producing desired results and achieving goals and objectivesEffective organizational, planning, and time management skillsExperience working with all level of staff, management, stakeholders, vendorsExperience developing and delivering effective presentations using virtual collaboration platforms (e.g. Cisco WebEx)Effective relationship-building, negotiation, and facilitation skillsAbility to exercise initiative and good judgment to make sound decisionsAbility to work on large, complex projects and initiatives with little directionAbility to work independently and in cross-functional, multi-dimensional teams and projects

Desired Qualifications:

Knowledge of NFCU products, services, operations, processes, and proceduresExperience in technology product managementExperience with agile delivery frameworks, such as Azure DevOpsAdvanced knowledge of financial industry standards and practicesExperience in digital banking transformationCertification in Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
