Technology Product Manager

At Wolters Kluwer, the Product Manager plays a pivotal role, with overall accountability and decision-making authority throughout the product development process. You will gain a deep understanding of our customers, potential clients, and the broader industry landscape, using this knowledge to shape innovative solutions. In this role, you will proactively identify and overcome challenges while exercising independent judgment and working with minimal supervision.

As a member of our Scandinavian Product Management Team, you will closely collaborate with product specialists, software developers, local business teams, and other stakeholders to drive our ambitious cloud product strategy forward.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary liaison between business teams and Product Management.Lead product planning, strategy, and prioritization in close cooperation with teams across countries.Take the lead on specific cross-Scandinavian portfolio areas.Identify and explore opportunities for business development within the Wolters Kluwer model portfolio, with a Scandinavian focus.Own the commercial and market fit of assigned products.Prepare business cases, working with stakeholders across multiple countries and functions.Manage partnerships and oversee responsibilities for assigned partner products.Support marketing, sales, and customer success teams in go-to-market strategies and product onboarding.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Product Manager with strong business acumen and relevant experience within a software company.Solid knowledge of the accounting and tax advisory industry, with expertise in practice management and advisory services.A technical and development-oriented mindset, with experience working alongside large clients in business development.Familiarity with agile methodologies, particularly the SAFe Agile Development Framework, is an advantage.You are naturally curious and thrive in a collaborative environment with multiple stakeholders across Scandinavia and Europe.Willingness to travel across Scandinavian countries is essential for success in this position.
