Iron Mountain is seeking a dynamic, experienced Technology Product Owner to join our Global Operations/IT Development team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and owning the Operations and Logistics Platform roadmap , and driving key initiatives that grow revenue, optimize costs, and modernize the customer experience.
What You'll Do (Responsibilities)
In this role, you will:
Develop and own an Operations and Logistics Platform roadmap that drives business revenue growth, optimizes business costs, and modernizes the customer experience.
Collaborate with internal and external customers, the Technology Business Partner, and multidisciplinary teams to analyze needs, define scope, and align the product roadmap with strategic goals.
Manage the Agile development lifecycle by grooming and prioritizing the backlog, developing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, setting sprint goals, and planning releases and upgrades.
What You'll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)
The ideal candidate will have:
8+ years of relevant work experience in the product management domain/field.
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and a fundamental understanding of end-to-end customer experience integration and dependencies.
Proven ability in strategic and creative thinking , coupled with strong problem-solving, communication, and executive presentation skills.
Relevant Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
