DescriptionThe Technology Project Coordinator supports the corporate IT, Digital Strategy and Distribution teams, ensuring the smooth execution and tracking of technology project and initiatives.

Key ResponsibilitiesGeneral \nSupporting the Technology teams in their day-to-day operations including the organising of internal project review and weekly progress review calls, as well as the monthly Global IT Calls.\nEnsuring cross-departmental collaboration and communication for a smooth deployment of technology initiatives ensuring the inclusion of necessary stakeholders.\nSupporting the tracking of project deliverables, its milestones and billing cycles.\n\n
Project Management\n\nTracking project milestones and ensuring cycles of delivery in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.\nActing as a gatekeeper for key central information identifiers such as business units and SKU coding.\nSupporting the Director of Technology Projects in implementing and supporting the Hotel Central Database.\n
Administration and Support\nSupporting the development and updating of documentation, presentation, policies and manuals related to technology systems.\nProviding monthly and quarterly reporting on project status, systems related SLA and KPI’s, including Technology Monthly Scorecard. \nSupporting hotel field operations with status tracking of brand standards implementation by the properties. \n
