Our client, a leader in financial sector, is seeking a Technology Resource Manager to join their team. As a Technology Resource Manager, you will be part of the Business Management team supporting various technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a self-motivated attitude which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Technology Resource Manager
**Location:** Jersey City, NJ - Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote per week)
**Pay Range:** $53 - $58 per hour (W2 Only)
**What's the Job?**
+ Manage resource allocations and forecasts in collaboration with development managers.
+ Oversee vendor management processes including invoice payments and status tracking.
+ Prepare and present organizational metrics and financial reports for executive meetings.
+ Coordinate operational risk management and compliance activities.
+ Support the onboarding and offboarding processes for team members.
**What's Needed?**
+ Proven experience in resource management and forecasting.
+ Strong vendor management and procurement skills.
+ Ability to create and analyze metrics and reporting.
+ Intermediate to expert skills in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
