You will collaborate closely with presales engineers to translate business requirements into functional designs and implement configurations in the Enablon software. This involves customizing demonstration platforms and designing innovative solutions to meet the specific needs of prospects and clients in the EHS and ESG domains.
While technical expertise is essential in this role, having an understanding of the business context is equally critical. To succeed, you must develop a strong interest in and commitment to understanding the business challenges faced by your clients, such as compliance, sustainability, and risk management. Although deep business knowledge is not a prerequisite, your curiosity and desire to grasp industry-specific challenges will allow you to translate complex business problems into tailored software solutions.
As the technical expert, you will interface with IT, Services, and Product teams to ensure that our Azure-hosted platforms and demonstration servers run optimally, are kept up-to-date, and meet the security and performance standards required for client engagements.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate with presales engineers to translate business requirements into solution designs.Assess feasibility of customer needs within Enablon software, particularly in EHS and ESG domains.Develop configurations, templates, and demo platforms using real-world data tailored to customer needs.Build and maintain Proof of Concepts (POCs) and sandbox environments on Azure servers.Maintain Azure-based demo platforms, ensuring timely updates and security patches.Leverage best practices across EHS and ESG to showcase Enablon’s full capabilities in demonstrations.Develop and enhance tools to support presales demonstrations.Provide advanced troubleshooting and support to the presales engineering team.Collaborate with the Product team on infrastructure and feature improvements based on market trends.Offer technical support and strategic guidance to ensure smooth operation during demonstrations and throughout the sales cycle.Coordinate with Product Management and Professional Services to align product development with customer demands.Share knowledge through peer training, presentations, and cross-department collaboration.Participate in client discovery calls, workshops, and demos to ensure alignment with customer needs.Partner with the Sales team throughout the sales cycle, ensuring a seamless, value-driven customer experience.
