In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies ranging from complex applications that drive productivity to fully autonomous vehicles operating on both the surface and underground environments. This is a new and unique team in the region to execute on implementation, training, monitoring and support for all the MineStar offerings with our growing client base. Learn more about the products you will have the opportunity to work with at Cat® MineStar™ Solutions | Cat | Caterpillar Cat® MineStar™ Solutions | Cat | Caterpillar (https://www.cat.com/en\_US/by-industry/mining/minestar-solutions.html) **JOB DUTIES** · Implementing and updating MineStar technology at client sites · Training client on MineStar technology · Providing support services to clients and dealers · Monitoring clients use of MineStar technology and making recommendations on improving utilization. · Partner with internal teams for new product development cycles, field follows, and other tasks to bring products to market. **QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS** · Ability to travel (up to 50%) frequently to customer and dealer locations · Experience in Mining technology, IT Systems, Electrical engineering or mechanical engineering. **PREFERRED SKILLS** · An engineering degree with sufficient years of technology industry experience or equivalent is required. · Attention to detail · Excellent written and verbal communication · Proficiency in English language · Understanding/hands on experience of mining machine industry · Experience with communication methods (Wi-Fi, Radio, 3G/4G/5G, etc.) · Proficiency with network troubleshooting equipment **NICE TO HAVE SKILLS** · Hands-on experience with remote control, automation and construction machines · Experience with construction or mine site network evaluations **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:** + Ability to travel (up to 50%) frequently to customer and dealer locations. + You should submit your CV in English + A valid Spanish work permit is required.
