Our Technology Solutions division are at the forefront of cutting-edge technology, working with a variety of vendors in this fact paced area of the channel. We’ve invested heavily into this team, consisting of industry-leading experts encompassing a variety of backgrounds, including public cloud and edge computing, their capabilities are boundless.

What is the role? 

You’ll work alongside our Product Manager and the wider Technology Solutions team, supporting the day-to-day operational activity of our HPE and Juniper business.

How will you do this? 

Working proactively with the team, you will complete key administrative activities that will enable Westcoast to optimise opportunities across HPE and Juniper.
You will maintain all the Technology Solutions product lines – from setting up new products and part-codes, updating price lists and managing product bundles to ordering stock. Working collaboratively with other teams in Westcoast (Customer Services, Financial Claims and Sales) you will provide support and assistance on queries, claims, orders and general enquiries.
Working in this team, you’ll develop a strong understanding of Technology Solutions and the IT industry and will have the opportunity to develop your skills, with the opportunity to progress to a Product Manager in the future.
Is this the role for you? To be successful in this role you will have some of the following skills and experience and the desire to develop in other areas: • Previous experience within an administration or sales support role• Able to build good working relationships with internal departments, resellers and vendor• Methodical and applies logic to tasks and decision making• Works effectively under pressure – maintaining exceptional levels of attention to detail• Ability to adapt to changing situations with confidence and professionalism• Able to work well within a small team and takes a flexible and collaborative approach to tasks• An excellent communicator, internally and externally at all levels• Well organised and capable of managing your time and prioritising a busy workload• A confident user of Excel
