They establish strong relationships with Customer key leaders and team members. Senior Solutions Consultants have consistent communications with internal and external team members to enable business objectives to be met. **How You'll Create Impact** + Executes project deliverables to achieve desired project outcomes and results + Drives customer leaders and internal/external team members to address strategic objectives, identify issues and impediments to meeting Customer’s goals and define and implement alternative solutions to resolve them + Educates, trains and implements solutions with Customer as needed to be effective in use of technologies for effective program launch and adoption + Responsible for strategies that help content development for enhancing product portfolio + Drives solutions that enhance Enabling Technologies and ASC Solutions product portfolio. + Maintains high level of product portfolio knowledge through staying current in published clinical material and product releases + Act as primary contact for all customer inquiries; meeting regularly to review product usage and metrics + Identify opportunities for implementation of improvement strategies + As needed, be onsite to conduct process improvement project + Duties as otherwise defined and assigned to meet business objectives **What Makes You Stand Out** + Demonstrated competence in the Orthopaedic industry, client relations, digital health and project management. + Effective organizational, planning, coaching, and conceptual thinking skills. + Excellent oral, written communication and presentation skills. + Analytical skills necessary to interpret quantitative and qualitative data relevant to Orthopaedics + Proficient in use of software applications to include EXCEL, WORD and POWERPOINT. + Interpersonal and problem-solving skills necessary to interact with executives, physicians and staff. + Ability to clearly direct and motivate individuals. **Your Background** + Bachelor’s degree required in a clinically-based field, or a quantitative, business-oriented field. + Master’s degree preferred in business, health administration, health policy, or quantitative sciences. + Process improvement methodology (Lean, 6 Sigma) experience strongly preferred + Experience implementing software directly with users preferred + Current or previous work experience in healthcare setting/industry with a minimum of 5-7 years of experience **Travel Expectations** + Out of office travel required (up to 40-80% of required time) Expected Compensation Range: $90,000 - $125,000 with 18% target bonus.
