Profile: Genesys Cloud Engineer

Qualifications:

4 years or more IT Genesys Cloud experience Develops scripts/programming (if applicable) for voice/data networking systems and applications, based on defined technical specifications/design documents (e.g., D&E documents) - Genesys Pure Connect or Genesys Engage or Genesys Cloud Specifies and/or orders all required voice hardware, data hardware and circuits defined in technical specifications/design documents Creates test plans for execution by applicable groups (e.g., engineers) Works with vendors to review potential system/coding issues (e.g., bug scrubs) and identify fixes, as needed Validates compliance with voice/data networking systems and applications standards (e.g., LAN/WAN standards guide) Reviews, troubleshoots, and validates potential routing/switching/voice issues and capabilities Collaborates with applicable testing groups (e.g., application owners, engineers) to ensure proper functionality of relevant voice/data networking systems and applications Bachelor's degree holder in Computer Science, Statistics or Telecommunications Engineering or equivalent work experience Must be amenable to work on a hybrid setup in either Taguig or QC site
