- Evaluate and select the most suitable automation tools and frameworks to optimize testing activities.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts and test cases, focusing on reusability, maintainability, and scalability.
- Implement and enhance test data management and service virtualization strategies to facilitate efficient testing.
4. Insurance Domain Knowledge and Product Management:
- Apply your expertise in the insurance domain to understand business requirements and align quality assurance efforts accordingly.
- Collaborate with product management teams to ensure the execution of quality assurance and automation strategies align with product goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 20 years of experience in quality assurance and automation, with a demonstrated track record of success and at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong background and experience working with global teams and managing cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
- Deep understanding and experience with various test automation tools and frameworks, including Java, Selenium, Playwright, Robot Framework, Postman, SoapUI, Ready API, Rest Assured, etc.
- Engineering mindset with a focus on quality, automation, and continuous improvement.
- Extensive knowledge of the testing life cycle, including test data management, service virtualization, and risk-based testing approaches.
- Proven experience in the insurance domain, understanding insurance-specific challenges, and aligning quality assurance efforts accordingly.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
