The Strategy team formulates the transversal technology strategy to serve Amadeus, customers, and partners, while working closely with the leadership of technology and business units.

As part of the team, the Technology Strategy Manager leads the strategic missions on technology subjects and supports the Head of Technology Strategy in facilitating the annual technology strategy process.

Main Responsibilities

Lead strategy projects: Structure a project and conduct appropriate analysis to deliver strategic insights and recommendations for senior leadership to make key decisions.

Foster relationships and collaborate with key project stakeholders.

Present strategic recommendations at relevant forums.

Contribute to strategic initiatives driven by Business Units and Corporate Strategy, representing the Technology organization.

Work as a team member and support others when needed (e.g., innovations, Tech Watch, communications, technology portfolio management).

Education

Master’s degree or MBA with a strong academic record.

Relevant Work Experience

5+ years in a consulting firm or a strategy team of an international company with project leadership responsibilities.

Specific Competencies

Mastering strategy toolbox.

Keen interest in technology topics and understanding of key concepts.

Collaborative team player with extensive international work experience.

Project management skills.

Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English; knowledge of French, Spanish, or German is a plus.
