Position Overview:As a Technology Strategy Senior Director, you will be a hands-on leader, leading a team of engineers, shaping and guiding the buildout of a new business-led technology platform for application development. We need your help in sourcing requirements, identifying technology dependencies, building the CI/CD platform that will support our evolution in testing code automation for production deployments. If you have experience with leading high performing teams to build and deliver CI/CD platforms, automating and deploying resilient AWS Cloud Infrastructure environments and are comfortable delivering in a fast-paced environment, then this is the role for you!

We are responsible for identifying new opportunities to advance technology, coordinating stakeholder requirements, ensuring adherence to technical controls, communicating impact, and delivering cloud infrastructure that satisfies the business needs.
Your Impact:Bring your experience to the team and advise on modern software development methodologies and CI/CD platforms
Have experience with cloud infrastructure design considerations
Lead, teach and mentor junior developers on how to design resilient code in a cloud-based environment
Translate business requirements into technology design specifications
Define the scope and help plan the work for the team’s sprint cycles
Lead in effective prioritization of the backlog
Develop advanced cloud infrastructure patterns through a combined use of Terraform, Helm Charts, and/or Cloud Formation Templates as required
Help drive cross divisional alignment with our central IT division to enable our ongoing cloud transformation
Ensure that all delivered capabilities align with business objectives
Partner with internal collaborators and develop relationships
Qualifications:12+ years of relevant development experience
Bachelor+ degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Experience leading and managing teams of engineers to deliver best outcomes
Experience with various DevOps CI/CD tools like Jenkins, TeamCity, ArgoCD, Helm, Jira, Confluence, etc.
Advanced knowledge of AWS cloud infrastructure design and resiliency patterns
Experience with various observability stacks and DevOps tools
Ability to develop code across Terraform, Helm Charts, and Cloud Formation Templates
Hands on development experience with Python, Java or other development languages
Desire to automate, standardize, and scale consumption for the end user
Ability to influence the thinking of, or gain acceptance from, others while navigating sensitive situations

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $237,000 - $355,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
